High School Transcripts
Your transcript remains on file at your high school for 5 years after you leave. After that time, it is forwarded to the board’s Records Centre.
Persons wishing to obtain a copy of their high school transcript will be charged an administration fee of $10.00. Additional copies can be obtained for $3.00 per transcript.
To obtain a copy of your high school transcript, please download the request form and mail it in with your payment to:

Payment can be made by cash or money order, payable to HWCDSB.
