What Is JEPAG?
The Joint Educational Parent Advisory Group (JEPAG), formed in 1991, is an advisory body to the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board (HWCDSB). We ensure the lines of communication between parents and the school board are open and inform parents of Board decisions in an organized forum.
Who Can Attend?
You, your parent representatives and all parents of Elementary and Secondary School children in our Board. You do not need to hold a position on Catholic School Council. Principals, HWCDSB Administration, and Trustees are also most welcome to attend.
Where & When Do We Meet?
Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month at 7:00pm (October, November, January, February, April and May) at the Nicholas Mancini Centre (NMC) located at 44 Hunt Street in Hamilton.

» Share varied opinions & ideas regarding curriculum & the educational system.
» Facilitate learning opportunities.
» Hear invited guest speakers.
» Network with other Catholic School Councils & Parents.
How Do You Join?
Minutes of our meetings will be distributed to each school on a monthly basis via the school mailbag, please post these on your parent information board. One copy is sent to the Chair & one copy to the Principal. We look forward to seeing you at our meetings. Please feel free to call our executive should you have any questions or concerns.
