School Registration 2009-2010
All Elementary Schools of the
Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board
will be open for registration on:
Tuesday, September 1, 2009
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Also open for registration on this date is
Holy Spirit School, the only Eastern Rite school in the
City of Hamilton. Holy Spirit School is located a
115 Barnesdale Avenue North, tel. 905 545-1832.
To register your child in a Catholic elementary school, parents/guardians will need to provide the following:
Baptismal Certificate
Birth Certificate
Health card
Proof of Residency
Proof of up-to-date immunization
Immigration papers, if applicable
To enrol in Junior Kindergarten, children must be
four years old by December 31st of the school year
in which they begin.
