Commit to keeping Barton Street East green this summer by joining our weekly Barton Street Stewardship events. Every Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, we will care for the seven green spaces along Barton Street through activities such as invasive species removal, native plantings, litter cleanups, pruning, and more. These efforts help ensure that these sites continue to provide valuable climate resilience for our city. Each week, we will meet at the Barton Street Library (571 Barton Street East) and from there visit one or two nearby stewardship sites.
This volunteer opportunity will run every Thursday from 4:30 - 5:30 at 571 Barton St E, Hamilton.
