During the December 2, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting, the Board of Trustees received the annual report (attached) prepared by the Catholic Secondary School Student Council Presidents and Student Trustees. Rooted in the theme Growing in God’s Grace and the Jubilee call to be Pilgrims of Hope, this year’s report highlighted how our Catholic secondary schools are forming students through faith-filled experiences, service, and community leadership.
Through both their written submission and an excellent verbal presentation, Student Trustees Klara Pasalic and Joshua Canzio shared a rich overview of the many initiatives taking place across our schools. These included meaningful prayer and retreat opportunities, Christian service in action, parish partnerships, and joyful community-building events that reflect the heart of Catholic education.
Family members and several Catholic Secondary School Student Council Presidents were present to support Klara and Joshua and to celebrate their leadership.
In his words of gratitude, the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees commended Klara and Joshua for their faith-filled and confident leadership. He thanked them, along with each of the seven Catholic Secondary School Student Council Presidents, for their inspiring report and for serving as exceptional ambassadors of Catholic education in our community.
