On behalf of the City of Hamilton, we are sharing information about Hamilton Street Railway’s (HSR) launch of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, a globally recognized initiative that supports people with non-visible disabilities. The voluntary program allows individuals to discreetly signal that they may need extra time, understanding, or assistance while using public transit, helping to create a more inclusive and respectful transit experience for all riders.
