St. Marguerite d’Youville Catholic Elementary School is celebrating the achievement of Grade 1 student Corrado Cabral, who has earned more than 1,000 stars on Knowledgehook.
“This exceptional milestone reflects Corrado’s dedication, perseverance, and enthusiasm for learning, along with his strong mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills,” said Teacher Jennifer Reilly.
Knowledgehook is an interactive math platform that helps students practice and build their skills through engaging challenges. Students earn stars by completing Missions with a goal of 125 stars for a half Mathalon and 250 stars for a full Mathalon.
To encourage ongoing participation in math, St. Marguerite d'Youville school has established the 500 Star Club and the 1000 Star Club as exciting goals for students to reach.
