The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is proud to congratulate the 10 graduates of Good Shepherd Notre Dame House and Regina's Place/Jeanne Scott Parent and Child Resource Centre School, who celebrated their graduation on June 18 at St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish. Held in partnership with Good Shepherd Centres, the ceremony brought together graduates, families, friends, senior administration, and staff from both organizations to recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2026.
Delivered through St. Charles Adult and Continuing Education in partnership with Good Shepherd, the program supports young parents and marginalized youth in achieving their Ontario Secondary School Diploma while providing the encouragement and resources needed to pursue their educational goals.
"During their educational journey and time with us, our graduates have gained the knowledge, skills, and qualities that I am confident will help them embrace life's challenges and make a positive difference in their communities," said Mario DiVittorio, principal of St. Charles Adult and Continuing Education.
Graduation marks more than the completion of high school—it reflects perseverance, resilience, and determination. Education has the power to create new opportunities for students and their families, opening doors to continued learning, meaningful employment, and brighter futures.
