Congratulations to HWCDSB alumnus Josh Omojafo, a proud graduate of St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Elementary School and St. Jean de Brébeuf Catholic Secondary School, on signing with the Brampton Honey Badgers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL).
This exciting opportunity marks another milestone in Josh’s impressive journey as a student-athlete, one defined by dedication, perseverance, and excellence both on and off the court. Josh will graduate with Honours from the University of South Florida this May, a testament to his commitment to academic achievement alongside athletic success.
Reflecting on his journey, Josh shared, “I’m grateful for every coach, teacher, and teammate who believed in me and helped shape the person I am today. I’m excited for this next chapter and ready to put in the work.”
The HWCDSB community is proud to celebrate Josh’s accomplishments and looks forward to cheering him on as he continues to pursue his goals at the professional level.
