Join us for The Community Transition Network's Annual Pathways to Transition Event!
For parents, guardians, and students with special needs (ages 14-21) who are in the process of planning for life after high school.
Network with and gather information from various local organizations that provide:
- Advocacy and supports
- Respite
- Funding
- Continuing education
- Employment
- Recreation
- And much more!
Timely planning for life after high school is essential and there are new organizations and updated information provided each year at the Pathways to Transition Event!

Presentation Schedule:
Accessible Transportation Services (6:30pm)
Developmental Services Ontario (6:45pm)
DSO (Housing) (7:10pm)
Ontario Disability Support Program (7:30pm)
Light refreshments will be provided (feel free to bring your own water container).
