St. Agnes Catholic Elementary School is celebrating a remarkable achievement by Grade 7 student Jensen LeBarron, who has written and published his own children’s book, Trapped in a Snow Globe!

Jensen shared that he greatly enjoyed the creative process of bringing his story to life. He was especially inspired to write a book that would support students who may struggle with reading, including those with dyslexia, ensuring his story could be both engaging and accessible.

Signed copies of Trapped in a Snow Globe! are available at the Indigo bookstore at the Paramount location, as well as in the St. Agnes school library.

Principal Andrea Farkas congratulated Jensen on the publication of his first book.

“His achievement is an inspiration to our entire school community, and we look forward to the many more books we know he will create,” she said.

The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board celebrates Jensen’s creativity, perseverance, and compassion for others. Through his storytelling, he is sharing his unique gifts in a way that inspires other students to discover and use their own talents to make a difference.Jensen's book Grade 7 student Jensen
