On Wednesday, March 25, St. John Paul II Catholic Elementary School Grade 4 and 7 classes participated in a faith-filled visit to St. Catharine of Siena Church for the Stations of the Cross. With Teachers Adriana Lagrotteria, Robert Vrataric and Vincent Simpson, students met with Father Mark Gatto who guided students prayerfully through each of the 14 stations and offered a special blessing at each one. The experience provided students with moments of reflection, reverence, and spiritual growth, helping them to connect more deeply with the significance of the Lenten season. “This was truly a wonderful way to begin Holy Week, allowing our students to deepen their understanding of Jesus’ journey and come together in faith as a school community,” said Lagrotteria.
