The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is proud to recognize the exceptional student leaders who serve as Student Council Presidents and members of the Presidents' Council across our seven Catholic secondary schools. Bishop Ryan CSS – Joey Zannoni Bishop Tonnos CSS – Klara Pasalic (also serves as Student Trustee) Cathedral High School – Ben Dittel St Jean de Brébeuf - Angelina Chittilappily St. John Henry Newman CSS – Shamya Taylor-Bhagwan St. Mary CSS – Anna Castagner and Joshua Canzio (Student Trustee) St. Thomas More CSS – Adrianna Stocco Throughout the 2025-2026 school year, the Student Council Presidents and Student Trustees have worked tirelessly to organize events, support charitable initiatives, and foster school spirit while maintaining a strong commitment to academic excellence. As members of the Presidents' Council, these student leaders have come together to collaborate and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the collective Catholic educational experience for students throughout HWCDSB. The leadership displayed by these students inspires great confidence in the future: they are strong role models for their peers and exemplary leaders for future generations of students who will follow in their footsteps. The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board extends its sincere gratitude to each Student Council President and member of the Presidents' Council for their dedication, energy, and unwavering commitment to their school communities. We also thank the many staff advisors and school administrators who support and mentor these outstanding young leaders.
