Students from St. John the Baptist Catholic Elementary School recently helped make a little Hamilton history by participating in the naming of the Hamilton Police Service Mounted Patrol Unit’s newest horse. Alongside students from W.H. Ballard Public School, they selected the name "McMaster" (or "Mac") for the unit’s first Clydesdale horse. On June 15, students celebrated their winning submission with a pizza party and a special visit from members of the Hamilton Police Service Mounted Patrol Unit.
