On December 16th, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Elementary School presented its Christmas musical, “A Christmas Carol,” under the direction of Teacher Josie Lutz. Students began working on the production back in September, dedicating countless hours to rehearsals to bring the classic holiday story to the stage.
The musical featured energetic dancing, beautiful singing, well-rehearsed lines, and impressive choreography. Two performances were held on December 16th, a matinee and evening show, allowing friends and family to enjoy the hard work and talent of the cast and crew.
“The production was supported by many dedicated staff members who generously gave their time and expertise,” said Lutz.
“Special thanks go to Mrs. Matozzo, Mme. Fioraso, Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Asselin, Mrs. Perco, Mme. Brown, Mme. Medeiros, Mrs. Gennaccaro. A special thank you to the principal Mrs. Fraser for her encouragement and ongoing support for the arts and the school community. The commitment and passion for theatre played a vital role in the success of the show.”
“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with our hardworking and enthusiastic students and staff. The talent and dedication of the actors, singers, dancers, musicians, artists, and technical crew truly made this production a joy to experience.”
The St. Vincent de Paul community also received heartfelt thanks for their continued support, she added.
“This year’s production of A Christmas Carol not only showcased incredible student talent but also spread the joy and spirit of the Christmas season throughout the school community.”
