
This spring, students at the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board (HWCDSB) have an exciting opportunity to showcase their French proficiency through the Grade 12 FSL Student Proficiency DELF Pilot Project. This initiative aligns with provincial goals to boost student confidence, proficiency, and achievement in French as a Second Language (FSL).
Students currently enrolled in FSF4U or FIF4U courses for the 2024-2025 school year are eligible to take the DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française), an internationally recognized certification that measures and certifies French language skills. Successful candidates will receive an official DELF certificate awarded by the French Ministry of National Education, a valuable credential for future academic and career opportunities.
