Grade 7–12 students who missed school-based vaccines
Children without an Ontario Health Card
Clinic Locations:
East End Public Health Clinic (247 Centennial Pkwy N, Unit 8): Full range of routine childhood vaccinations
Chedoke Twin Pads Arena (91 Chedmac Drive): For Grade 7–12 students needing catch-up Hepatitis B, HPV, and Meningitis vaccines.
Appointments are required.
