A severe learning disorder characterized by:
The student's general intellectual abilities are at or below the 0.1 percentile on a measure of general intelligence, AND the student's adaptive functioning is at or below the 0.1 percentile on a measure of adaptive functioning.
A written report from a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons or a member of the College of Psychologists (or an individual directly supervised by a member) which clearly delineates the student's general intellectual abilities and adaptive functioning or which provides a diagnosis.
