Schools provide a safe, and inclusive learning environment for students as well as provide accessible and affordable spaces for communities to come together for activities such as skill building, meetings, community programming, physical activity and volunteerism at all ages. The Hamilton Wentworth Catholic District School Board believes in helping to strengthen school communities by making Board facilities and spaces available during non- instructional hours to support the needs of our growing communities.
School Days – Monday – Friday ( excluding holidays ) 6pm-10pm
Saturdays – 8am-10pm & Sundays 8am-6pm ( where custodial staff are available )

Community Use of Schools Board Policy
Please note that as part of the HWCDSB’s due diligence and to keep after hours users safe while renting HWCDSB facilities, the Board requires that every renting Organization / Person attend one In-service session yearly. In-service sessions are to be regularly conducted in the August/September timeframe- prior to the scholastic year start.
